Refund & Cancellation Policy
This page describes how consultations, assessments and project deposits are handled if plans change.

Consultations and Sessions
Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled by contacting Kensolations LLC before the appointment. Refund eligibility for a session that has already been delivered is described in the applicable service agreement.
Assessments and Reviews
Once work on an assessment or review has begun, fees cover the analysis time already performed. Adjustments are handled case by case.
Project Deposits
Project deposits reserve capacity and begin the intake process. The treatment of a deposit if a project does not proceed is defined in the written service agreement for that project.
How to Request a Change
Send rescheduling, cancellation or refund requests to the email address below and include the service purchased and the payment date.
